Die 9. Europ\u00e4ischen Preise f\u00fcr Stadt- und Regionalplanung wurden am 7. Dezember 2012 von Herrn Marek Wozniak, Pr\u00e4sident des Ausschusses der Regionen COTER, und Frau Dominique Lancrenon, Pr\u00e4sidentin des Europ\u00e4ischen Rates der Stadtplaner, verliehen.<\/p>\n

Mit dieser prestigetr\u00e4chtigen Auszeichnung werden innovative Stadt- und Raumplanungsprojekte gew\u00fcrdigt, die die Rolle der Stadterneuerung und des territorialen Zusammenhalts demonstrieren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n

In diesem Jahr wurden zwei Projekte mit dem ersten Preis ausgezeichnet:<\/strong><\/h3>\n

\"Proyecto Madrid Centro\" Projekt Zentral-Madrid (Spanien)<\/strong>
\nProf. Jos\u00e9 M\u00aa Ezquiga Dom\u00ednguez, Prof. Juan Herreros, Prof. Salvador Perez Arroyo.
\nEzquiaga Arquitectura, Sociedad y Territorio S.L.
\nDas Projekt sucht nach innovativen Ans\u00e4tzen f\u00fcr die physische Planung und zeigt ein hohes Ma\u00df an Bewusstsein f\u00fcr die Auswirkungen von Eingriffen in das physische Gef\u00fcge auf soziale, wirtschaftliche und \u00f6kologische Fragen. Besonders interessant ist, wie das Projekt die Auswirkungen physischer Eingriffe auf die Entwicklung der Identit\u00e4t und Kultur der Stadt anerkennt.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

Die Gartenstadt- La Cit\u00e9 Jardin ;- Jardin Plessis Robinson (Frankreich)<\/strong>

\nAuf der Grundlage eines preisgekr\u00f6nten Projekts aus dem Jahr 2000 wird der Jardin Plessis Robinson auf der Ile de France als Ersatz f\u00fcr eine gro\u00dfe und weitgehend dysfunktionale Wohnsiedlung aus den 1930er Jahren realisiert. Das Projekt f\u00fchrt ein sozial und funktional diversifiziertes Vorstadtdorf ein, das den eint\u00f6nigen, minderwertigen Wohnungsbestand der bestehenden Pendlerstadt ersetzt. Als solches stellt es einen Wechsel im strategischen Ansatz der Stadtentwicklung dar, bei dem die Bedeutung von Gemeinschaften anerkannt wird.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

\nDavid Verhoestraete - CLUSTER Landscape and Urbanism, in Zusammenarbeit mit Grontmij Belgien
\nDieses Projekt verdient eine besondere Erw\u00e4hnung, weil es erfolgreich zeigt, dass technische L\u00f6sungen f\u00fcr den Klimawandel - in diesem Fall der Damm an der Schelde - durch einen interdisziplin\u00e4ren Ansatz so vermittelt werden k\u00f6nnen, dass das architektonische und kulturelle Erbe sowie der Landschaftscharakter respektiert werden.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

\nDie Friedensbr\u00fccke ist ein Beispiel daf\u00fcr, wie Stadtplanung ein Katalysator f\u00fcr physische, soziale und kulturelle Erneuerung sein kann. Sie \u00fcberbr\u00fcckt nicht nur eine Kluft, indem sie auf nachhaltige Weise einen einfachen physischen Zugang zwischen ehemals tief gespaltenen Gemeinschaften schafft, sondern ist auch ein wichtiger Beitrag zum Friedensprozess in Nordirland.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

\nDieses Programm zeigt, wie eine wirksame regionale Koordinierung der lokalen und kommunalen Planung in der Praxis erfolgreich durchgef\u00fchrt werden kann. PRAU hat nicht nur regionale Leitlinien f\u00fcr die Entwicklung von Siedlungen in benachteiligten Gebieten bereitgestellt, sondern auch einen Mechanismus, durch den die Fertigstellung von Projektbeschreibungen und die \u00dcberwachung und Leitung der Projekte realisiert werden k\u00f6nnen.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
