{"id":5595,"date":"2024-04-21T12:00:24","date_gmt":"2024-04-21T10:00:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ectp-ceu.eu\/?post_type=activity&#038;p=5595"},"modified":"2025-07-12T15:22:37","modified_gmt":"2025-07-12T13:22:37","slug":"hpf-ipc","status":"publish","type":"activity","link":"https:\/\/ectp-ceu.eu\/de\/activity\/hpf-ipc\/","title":{"rendered":"Internationale partizipative Charta f\u00fcr st\u00e4dtische und territoriale Entwicklung"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Der Europ\u00e4ische Rat der Raumplaner, der von Territoire Europe (Dominique Lancrenon) mit finanzieller Unterst\u00fctzung des University College London (Dr. Lucy Natarajan) geleitet wird, ist f\u00fchrend bei der Umsetzung von Vorschlag 3 durch die Ausarbeitung einer internationalen Partizipationscharta, die eine st\u00e4rkere Einbindung der Planungsbeh\u00f6rden in die Gemeinden f\u00f6rdert.<\/p>\n<p>Territoire Europe und UCL haben daher eine Reihe von Treffen organisiert, um Erfahrungen zu sammeln (basierend auf der Arbeit in Nordamerika, Subsahara-Afrika, Nordafrika, S\u00fcdafrika, China, Europa in Randgebieten, Ozeanien, Indien, dem Nahen Osten, Australien und Japan). Die ECTP-CEU-Arbeitsgruppe wurde auch von HPF-Partnern unterst\u00fctzt, insbesondere von CNJUR (Pablo Aguilar &amp; Javier Sandoval) und Earoph (Pete Cuming).<\/p>\n<p>Die vorliegende Partizipationscharta beruht auf unserer gemeinsamen Auffassung, dass alle B\u00fcrgerinnen und B\u00fcrger das Recht haben, direkt an den Entscheidungen ihrer Regierungen mitzuwirken. Dies unterst\u00fctzt die repr\u00e4sentativen demokratischen Prozesse und ist von diesen unabh\u00e4ngig.<\/p>\n<p>Diese Internationale Charta f\u00fcr partizipative st\u00e4dtische und territoriale Entwicklung (die Partizipationscharta) wurde vor dem Hintergrund der globalen radikalen Unsicherheit und der Notwendigkeit eines taktischen Urbanismus ausgearbeitet, um schnelle, kleinma\u00dfst\u00e4bliche, kosteng\u00fcnstige und kurzfristige Initiativen zu starten.
