In diesem Forschungsprojekt wird argumentiert, dass wir uns mit den ortsbezogenen Faktoren von Armut und Ungleichheit befassen m\u00fcssen; \"menschenbezogene\" Ans\u00e4tze allein reichen nicht aus, um diese Probleme anzugehen. Bessere bauliche Umgebungen und st\u00e4rkere ortsbezogene Initiativen k\u00f6nnen neben konventionellen Ans\u00e4tzen, die sich auf Wohlfahrtsreformen konzentrieren, die Besch\u00e4ftigung, den Bildungserfolg, eine bessere Gesundheit und eine h\u00f6here soziale Mobilit\u00e4t unterst\u00fctzen und f\u00f6rdern.<\/p>\n

Hintergrund<\/strong>
\nProbleme wie Arbeitslosigkeit, niedrige Einkommen, mangelnde Ambitionen und Krankheit sind nicht nur individuell, sondern auch sozial bedingt. Das Umfeld kann das Verhalten der Menschen pr\u00e4gen und ihr Wohlbefinden und ihre Lebenschancen einschr\u00e4nken oder verbessern, was jedoch in der Sozialpolitik weitgehend vernachl\u00e4ssigt wurde. Armut an einem Ort\" bedeutet, dass der Wohnort der Menschen Auswirkungen auf die Menschen und ihre Lebenschancen hat. Ungleichheit und Armut sind eine Frage des Einkommens, aber auch des Zugangs zu Dienstleistungen, erschwinglichem Wohnraum oder verschiedenen Transportm\u00f6glichkeiten.<\/p>\n

Projektziele und Empfehlungen<\/strong>
\nDieses Papier zeigt die Auswirkungen des \"Ortes\" auf die Armut auf und zielt darauf ab, ein Verst\u00e4ndnis daf\u00fcr zu entwickeln, wie eine bessere bauliche Umgebung und st\u00e4rkere ortsbezogene Initiativen Besch\u00e4ftigung, Bildungserfolg, bessere Gesundheit und verbesserte soziale Mobilit\u00e4t unterst\u00fctzen und f\u00f6rdern k\u00f6nnen. In einer Zeit des Lokalismus und der Dezentralisierung sollte die Verbesserung der Chancengleichheit ein zentraler Bestandteil der lokalen, st\u00e4dtischen und subregionalen Pl\u00e4ne und Strategien sein. Anstatt sich nur auf die nationale Wohlfahrtsreform zu verlassen, sollten die Regierungen im gesamten Vereinigten K\u00f6nigreich auch eine neue \u00c4ra ortsbezogener Initiativen zur Bek\u00e4mpfung von Armut und Ungleichheit f\u00f6rdern und Anreize schaffen.<\/p>\n
