Celle-ci combine l'addendum d'Istanbul et la nouvelle charte d'Ath\u00e8nes de 2003 en un seul document.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Il conserve la vision centrale du document de 2003 de l'ANC, mais la rend plus claire, moins obsol\u00e8te et plus forte. Il promeut \u00e9galement un r\u00f4le plus proactif pour les urbanistes dans l'orientation du d\u00e9bat public (par exemple en ce qui concerne le r\u00f4le \u00e9conomique de l'urbanisme).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Elle met \u00e0 jour la charte de 2003 afin qu'elle reste pertinente pour les questions actuelles et futures auxquelles l'Europe est confront\u00e9e et qui doivent avoir plus de poids qu'elles n'en avaient dans la charte de 2003 (par exemple, le changement climatique, l'am\u00e9nagement du territoire et les \u00e9cosyst\u00e8mes).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 renomm\u00e9\u00a0<strong><em>La Charte de la planification europ\u00e9enne<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0parce que cela refl\u00e8te plus clairement son objectif.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Cela permet maintenant \u00e0 l'ECTP-CEU de d\u00e9velopper un plan d'action au cours des deux prochaines ann\u00e9es afin de mettre en \u0153uvre la Charte. Ce plan s'adressera \u00e0 des groupes d'acteurs tels que nos membres, l'Union europ\u00e9enne et nos gouvernements nationaux, par exemple en ce qui concerne ses implications pour les zones d'am\u00e9nagement m\u00e9tropolitaines ou pour les \u00e9coles d'am\u00e9nagement.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">En outre, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 convenu de mettre \u00e0 jour le code de conduite et d'y faire r\u00e9f\u00e9rence dans la Charte des urbanistes europ\u00e9ens.<a style=\"color: #000000;\" href=\"https:\/\/ectp-ceu.eu\/external.html?link=http:\/\/www.ceu-ectp.eu\/index.php?option=com_content&amp;view=article&amp;id=89&amp;Itemid=14#c\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u00a0<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Le code existant<\/span><\/a>\u00a0(r\u00e9dig\u00e9e il y a 25 ans) doit maintenant \u00eatre r\u00e9vis\u00e9e ;
