{"id":2543,"date":"2021-07-19T14:59:08","date_gmt":"2021-07-19T14:59:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ectp-ceu.eu\/?p=2197"},"modified":"2025-07-21T19:10:43","modified_gmt":"2025-07-21T17:10:43","slug":"european-climate-law","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ectp-ceu.eu\/fr\/news\/european-climate-law\/","title":{"rendered":"LOI EUROP\u00c9ENNE SUR LE CLIMAT"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Le Parlement europ\u00e9en, r\u00e9uni en session pl\u00e9ni\u00e8re le 24 juin, a adopt\u00e9 l'accord provisoire conclu avec le Conseil, qui l'avait formellement adopt\u00e9 le 28 juin.<br>En plus d'inscrire l'objectif de neutralit\u00e9 climatique pour 2050 dans la l\u00e9gislation europ\u00e9enne, le r\u00e8glement fixe un objectif contraignant de r\u00e9duction des \u00e9missions nettes de gaz \u00e0 effet de serre (GES) de l'UE d'au moins 55% d'ici \u00e0 2030 (par rapport aux niveaux de 1990), ainsi qu'un objectif d'\u00e9missions n\u00e9gatives apr\u00e8s 2050.<br>Elle pr\u00e9voit \u00e9galement la cr\u00e9ation d'un \"Conseil scientifique consultatif europ\u00e9en sur le changement climatique\" et d'un \"budget GES\".
