Client: Any professional or capable individual as defined by articles 1123 and following of the Belgian Civil Code, or legal entity, who visits the website subject to these general conditions.
Services: ECTP-CEU.eu provides the following to Clients:

Client Information: Hereinafter referred to as “Information,” which includes all personal data that may be held by ECTP-CEU.eu for account management, client relationship management, and for analytical and statistical purposes.

7. Management of Personal Data
The Client is informed of the regulations concerning marketing communication, the law of June 21, 2014, for confidence in the Digital Economy, the Data Protection Act of August 6, 2004, as well as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR: No. 2016-679).
7.1 Data Collection Managers
For the Personal Data collected in the context of creating the User’s personal account and browsing the Site, the data controller is ECTP-CEU.
As the controller of the data it collects, ECTP-CEU undertakes to respect the framework of the legal provisions in force. It is its responsibility to establish the purposes of its data processing, to provide its prospects and clients, from the collection of their consents, with complete information on the processing of their personal data and to maintain a register of processing compliant with reality. Whenever ECTP-CEU processes Personal Data, ECTP-CEU takes all reasonable steps to ensure the accuracy and relevance of the Personal Data with regard to the purposes for which ECTP-CEU processes them.
7.2 Purpose of the Data Collected
ECTP-CEU is likely to process all or part of the data:

– Right to define the fate of the data of Users after their death and to choose to whom ECTP-CEU should communicate (or not) its data to a third party they have previously designated
As soon as ECTP-CEU becomes aware of the death of a User and in the absence of instructions from them, ECTP-CEU undertakes to destroy their data, unless their retention is necessary for probative purposes or to meet a legal obligation.
If the User wishes to know how ECTP-CEU uses their Personal Data, request to rectify them, or

In this case, the User must indicate the Personal Data they would like ECTP-CEU to correct, update, or delete, by identifying themselves precisely with a copy of an identity document (identity card or passport).

7.4 Non-disclosure of Personal Data

However, ECTP-CEU remains free to choose its technical and commercial subcontractors on the condition that they present sufficient guarantees regarding the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR: No. 2016-679).
ECTP-CEU undertakes to take all necessary precautions to preserve the security of the Information and particularly that it is not communicated to unauthorized persons. However, if an incident impacting the integrity or confidentiality of Client Information is brought to the knowledge of ECTP-CEU, the latter must promptly inform the Client and communicate the corrective measures taken. In addition, ECTP-CEU does not collect any “sensitive data.”
The User’s Personal Data may be processed by subsidiaries of ECTP-CEU and subcontractors (service providers), exclusively to achieve the purposes of this policy.
Within the limits of their respective attributions and for the purposes mentioned above, the main people likely to have access to the data of Users of ECTP-CEU.eu are mainly the agents of our customer service.
8. Incident Notification
Regardless of the efforts made, no method of transmission over the Internet and no method of electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot, therefore, guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a breach of security, we will notify the affected users so that they can take appropriate action. 10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
