We are delighted to announce that the 15th Biennale of European Towns and Town Planners will take place on 11th–13th November 2026 in Lisbon, Portugal.
Hosted at the National Laboratory for Civil Engineering (LNEC) and organised jointly by the Portuguese Association of Town Planners (Associação Portuguesa de Urbanistas, APU) and the European Council of Spatial Planners (ECTP-CEU), this edition will explore the theme The Lens of Time in Urban Planning — reflecting on how time shapes the way we plan, transform and inhabit our cities.
The Biennale is a key gathering for spatial planners, urban professionals, researchers and policymakers from across Europe. We look forward to welcoming you to Lisbon for three days of inspiring debate, knowledge exchange and European collaboration.
