The European Council of Spatial Planners holds two General Assemblies during the year: one in Spring (also called the ‘Annual General Meeting’ to which the presidents of the member organisations are invited in addition to their delegates) and the other in Autumn, hosted, according to our internal regulations, in Brussels or elsewhere in Europe.
